1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment
- You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.
- Cancellation requests must be sent via email with your order details.
- If the order has not been shipped, a full refund will be initiated.
After Shipment
- Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- You may refer to the return policy after receiving the product (if applicable).
Cancellation by Shivansh Jewellery
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or pricing errors.
- In such cases, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
2. Return Policy
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, jewellery products are eligible for return only if:
- The product received is damaged, or
- You received the wrong item.
We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of product, or minor variations in color/design.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- An unboxing video (without pause or cuts) is mandatory as proof.
- After verification, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.
4. Refund Policy
Processing Time
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days.
Mode of Refund
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, etc.).
Non-Refundable Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Any additional service or handling fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested product is unavailable, you may choose an alternative item or opt for a refund.
- The exchange process follows the same guidelines as returns.
